This day we will share some ancient knowledge from the Maori tradition, brought by touring cultural ambassador Matiu te Huki from New Zealand.


17:00-19:00 Maori wisdom

Matiu is presenting other workshops, including teaching haka and feminine/masculine work in Amsterdam but this is something completely different.

This intimate workshop, heavenly food, Maori musical offering is designed to be a gentle, almost private look into the Maori world through Matiu's open heart.

Matiu, through his connection with the Maori culture, will re introduce you to your own loving leader, fun friend, sacred space holding, soul connected, conscious self.

Would you like to feel grounded and strongly connected to spirit, the ancestors and all people when speaking in a group? Do you want to step into your power as a leader? You want people to really tune in and hear your words of acknowledgement and honour? You will leave this workshop with ancient tools to support yourself in the way you stand, speak, listen, connect and move powerfully through this life.
Matiu will cover traditional Maori practices including the hongi (breath of life), storytelling, the art of introduction, song, and more.

The art of sacred food starts with selecting the best ingredients (vegan, organic, local and anti-foodwaste), preparing it wtih lots of love and offering it befor you eat. High vibration guaranteed!

20:00-22:00 Maori Music
Matiu's soulful roots music has a strong Maori flavor, using haka, chants and traditional Maori instruments, backed by grabbing grooves, deep, beautifully crafted bass lines, funky rhythms and magical melodies. The soul stirring messages are positive, inspiring and unifying. Matiu intuitively nurtures a deep connection with his audience creating the energy that opens portals of paradise.
